From a Business degree to working as a flight attendant, and now designing products, each chapter has taught me something about how businesses run and how customers actually feel. That dual perspective is what I bring to design, the ability to empathize with both the people using a product and the goals behind building it.

Contributed to the Advisor Brochure (advisor-profile program) redesign and used AI to audit user flows and surface unresolved edge cases early in the design process.

Designed a client-facing LOA (Letter of Authorization) signing dashboard, turning a multi-step legal process into a guided client flow.

Led user research with shared-kitchen seekers and providers to identify key pain points and validate the demand for a platform connecting food business owners with kitchen operators. 

Allen’s Library

Founding Product Designer

Apr 2023 - May 2024

As founding designer, owned end-to-end product design across Allen's Library's B2C learning platform and internal tooling — defining the design system , principles, and core user flows from 0 to 1.


Designed and shipped an internal CMS that empowered non-technical content authors to manage questions independently, eliminating manual engineering workflows and reducing engineering requests by 12%.
